Funding Options
National Disability Insurance Scheme Funding (NDIS)
We provide services to Agency Managed, Plan Managed and Self-Managed participants aged 18+. Fees for services are $193.99 per hour in line with the NDIA service fee schedule. Travel is calculated according to the NDIS Modified Monash Model (MMM) i.e. up to 30 minutes of the hourly rate in metropolitan areas.
Department of Veterans Affairs Funding
DVA health cards (white and gold) are accepted as payment upon a GP referral.
Private Funding
Should you wish to fund therapy services yourself, get in touch so we can arrange an appropriate payment plan to suit your needs. We provide one hour privately funded appointments at $170.00 per hour, plus travel. Please contact us for further details.
Work Cover and Life Insurance Services
Your claims officer can contact us about the services and funding options that we can provide you.
Home Care Packages (HCP)
If you are receiving a home care package, your aged-care provider can make a referral to Do it with Purpose Occupational Therapy.
